BORDER VILLAGES COFFEE MORNINGS

DECEMBER/JANUARY

Well, that’s another month done, isn’t this year going fast?

We are now entering the Christmas period, so dig out your best/worst (delete as appropriate) Christmas jumpers (other Christmas attire is also acceptable) and let us count down to Christmas in the usual Border Villages Community Group Coffee Morning way.
You’ll have our chairman, Colin, dressed as the chief Elf (we think it’s wearing the tights that he likes), we have that large Teddy that you saw at last months Coffee Morning that still needs a name. There’s still about 50 names to pick and he has to be won at this Coffee Morning. His name is sealed inside an envelope, picked by a totally independent person, so even we don’t know what name will be revealed.

We have a Secret Santa prize to be won, it’s so secret that we don’t know what it is!!!

And finally a few Christmassy songs to get you in the mood.

December’s Coffee Morning

Broome village hall, 1st December, 1030 -1200 hours

All the usual stuff, coffee/tea/biccy, a chat, a quiz and a raffle, all for 50p.
Everyone is welcome, bring a friend. If you have just moved into the area, come along as it’s a great way to get to know people.
We will slip in quietly in January, if you want to emerge from hibernation on 5th January 2022, then we’ll do it all again, but at a more sedate pace.

Same time and place. We’ll see you there.
